Sydney After the Stormy Winter 2014/15


Here is the Pond Still Covered with Ice at the Wentworth Park in Sydney after the Stormy Winter with a lot of Snow and Very Cold Temperatures that Sydney Had and the Snow is Melting in Sydney and the The Ice is Starting to Break Up at the Wentworth Park since the Temperatures got Milder.



Down at the Open Hearth Park there is still lots of Snow on the Ground from a lot of Snow Sydney Nova Scotia had during the Winter and the Snow is Melting since the Temperatures got Milder and the Sun is Stronger Now that is Causing the Snow to Melt at the Open Hearth Park just after the Stormy Winter with lots of Snowstorms and Blizzard Conditions.



There is a Big Snow Bank Just off Cape Breton Street and it had too Much Snow in Sydney Nova Scotia during the Winter and there was No Place to Put the Snow at and they had to Dump all the Snow on the Empty Field just Close to the Open Hearth Park and the Snow is Melting and there is a Huge Pond Like Puddle from all the Snowstorms that Sydney Had During the Winter Time .



The Snow is Finally Melting on the Muggah Creek in Between Whitney Pier and the Rest of Sydney and the Weather is Getting Warmer and the Snow is Melting from the Stormy Winter that Sydney Had during the Winter Since Late January 2015 and it had a lot of Snow during the February 2015 and March 2015 and there were a ton of Snow on the Ground now the Snow is Melting in Sydney.



Here is Another View of the Melting Snow since the Weather Got Milder after the Rough and Difficult Winter that Sydney Had this Year and the Spring has Finally Arrived and the Temperatures got Milder and the Snow is Melting and it had Storm after Storm and a lot of Storms hit Sydney during the Winter Time of 2014/15.



Half of the Snow has Melted in Sydney just off the Overpass That Links from Whitney Pier to Rest of Sydney where the Steel Plant Used to Be and the Weather is Warmer in Sydney Nova after the Difficult Winter we Had this Year and it had a lot of snow and Very Cold Temperatures and Flash Freezes too.



Here is the View of the Former Cook Ovens Site and the Most of the Snow had Melted and there are still Lots of Snow on the Ground in Sydney after the Stormy Winter and it dumped a lot of Snow on the Ground in Late January, February and March 2015 and pretty Soon the Grass will be Turning Green and the Ground is Finally Thawing Out after the Very Cold Temperatures with a lot of snow during the Winter Time in Sydney.



Here is the Spar Road that Connects to Ferry Street in Sydney and the Ferry Street that takes to George Street in Sydney from Spar Road and the Ferry Street goes through the Former Steel Plant Site and the Spar Road was Opened to the Public in Late 2004 and the Snow is Melting and it had a lot of Blowing Snow during the Winter 2014/15.




Here is Another View of the Spar Road goes through the Former Sydney Steel Plant Property and there was a Road there Before the Spar Road was Built in 2004 and it used to be the Road for the Steel Workers during the Steel Plant Days and the Steel Plant closed its doors in July 2001 and they Built the Soccer Field, Walking Track and Basketball and Tennis Court Now and it looks very nice there.



There is still a lot of Snow where the Gas Station used to Be in the Whitney Pier Area and the Gas Station was there during the 1990s and the snow is Finally Melting in Sydney after the stormy and cold Winter that Sydney Had this year and it is on Victoria Road in Whitney Pier Area.



Here is the Soccer Field Still Buried with Snow at Neville Park in Whitney Pier Area after the Stormy Winter we Had and it Dumped a lot of snow on March 15, 2015 and March 18, 2015 from 2 Different Big Major Snowstorms during the Month of March and the Snow is Finally Melting in Sydney at the Neville Park in Whitney Pier.



The Baseball Field in the Whitney Pier Area is Still Covered with Ton of snow after the Very Stormy and Cold Winter We Had and the Baseball Season does not Start until June at the Whitney Pier Baseball Field and the Snow is Melting because of the Sun and Milder Temperatures.



There is still lots of Snow on the Ground where the Tennis Court Used to Be during the 1960s in Sydney in the Whitney Pier Area just off St. Albans Ave and Victoria Road and the Snow is Melting just off Bison Drive in Whitney Pier Area after the stormy Winter that Sydney Nova Scotia Had during this Winter.

Here is the Baseball Field in Whitney Pier Area is Still Covered with snow from the A lot of Snowstorms and Blizzards that Sydney Nova Scotia had and The Snow Banks is finally Melting from the Very Cold and Stormy Winter and the Weather Got Nicer and the Baseball will Be Starting down at the Whitney Pier Baseball Field in June 2015.


There is still A lot of Snow in Sydney after the Very Rough Winter that Sydney Had with a lot of Snowstorms with Blizzard Conditions and the Snow is Finally Melting.

The Snow is Melting down at the Open Hearth Park after the Very Difficult Winter that Brought a lot of Snow with Blizzard Conditions and the Weather got Milder and the Ground is Thawing Out after the Very Cold Winter that Sydney Nova Scotia Had this Year and it was Very Bad and the Weather is Warming Up and this Area Used to be the Sydney Tar Ponds Back in the Year 2009 and Year 2010 before the Clean Up and the Park Looks Very Nice Now.
